This course explores health, wellness, fitness, and physical activity from a global perspective. Students examine cultural, social, economic, and environmental influences on health, including global wellness trends, Blue Zones, universal healthcare systems, social determinants of health, global mental health, and environmental and planetary health. Emphasis is placed on understanding global health challenges and strategies that promote well-being and physical activity across diverse populations.
