An experiential learning course in which students directly serve Theatre Converse’s Mainstage production schedule, Second Stage series production company schedule, and related departmental needs and tasks, offering a variety of technical opportunities unavailable in the standard classroom. Sample assignments include production crew assignments, stage management opportunities, master-class workshops, ‘build’ days, ‘strike’ days, and more. Declared Theatre and Musical Theatre Majors will register for Practicum each eligible semester, as follows: Theatre majors THR221A, Musical Theatre majors THR221B, assigned Stage Managers THR221C.
