- All undergraduate music majors are required to pass the Recital Attendance course, MUH 100. Credit is awarded for attendance at events designated in the published Petrie School of Music Recital Calendar.
- Recital attendance credit is also given for attendance at events not listed in the Petrie School of Music calendar. Approval for these events is required by the faculty administrator of the Recital Attendance course.
- Incomplete grades will not be assigned for recital attendance. All requirements must be met at the end of the term in order to receive a passing grade.
- The Recital Attendance course must be passed six times in order to qualify for graduation in any undergraduate music degree. Students must register for the Recital Attendance course each term to attempt to fulfill a portion of this requirement. The course is graded on a pass/fail basis. A total of 20 logged attendance credits is required to pass the course each term.
