This course is designed to be an introduction to feminist thought and action. We will explore real-world efforts of feminism to end sexism, sexist exploitation, and oppression. In addition to covering feminist history and perspectives, we will cover topics such as feminist identity, applications in broader academia, intersectionality, feminist issues throughout the lifecycle and the future of feminist activism.
